A downloadable mod
In Kriegsland II, you'll see a very different take from the first, ranging for a more complete (but not boring) gameplay. Forest Tyler (you, the player) has many tricks out of the box, partially thanks to his glasses that grant a nice HUD, nightvision you can use at any time and zooming view for all weapons!
While this mod does not have the astonishing laser effects, dozens of weapons, cross akimbos and sliding from the first game, you'll notice that weapons are far more simple, more effective, more satisfying to shoot, and the game looks more beautiful in general!
Like most of my mods, not only you can use this with many monster packs, but you also can play this in various IWADS such as Heretic and Hexen!

Install instructions
You'll need a sourceport such as LZDoom or GZDoom to play this file. I also recommend looking at launchers like ZDL or Ace Doom Launcher to combine this with other mods.

Hey Cosmobyte, I have been using the Omerta weapons pack, and I thought it would be great to use with KriegslandEnemies. It is sadly not compatible with each other. I know it's a different author, but if you know a workaround for this, I'd love to use these two together.
Hi, what exactly is the problem? The game does not initiate or are there actors in conflict?
Here is the parts of the error msg that highlights in red when it fails to boot.
GR_InstallSpriteLump: Bad frame characters in lump ARMORBIT
Execution could not continue.
R_InstallSprite: Sprite ARMO frame R is missing rotations.
I did try to use another GZ Doom newer and older just in case but seems to still happen. Thanks for replying.
Seems to be an armor item. Try opening either Omerta or Kriegsland with winrar, delete (or back it up somewhere else) the armorbit sprite, save and try again.
Good news: it works now! I opened Omerta up in WinRAR. I decided, after looking at sprites, to instead look into the decorate folder and edit the pickups txt. I just deleted the armor text, and that solved it. The side effect of this is the armor is now just vanilla doom armor, but I can live with that.
In a roundabout way, doing all this made Slade make sense to me now.

Hey Cosmobyte, can you add a reloading for weapons sometimes?
Hi! I'm afraid that's not in the original scope of the mod. Back in 2018 when i started Kriegsland II, i wasn't keen on overlays and reloadings with dual-wielded guns. I also think Kriegsland would need a ton of good work to make detailed and smooth reloads. So i'll give this request a kind pass. ;)

You can bind a key in "Customize Controls" on the options menu!
